Field Notes

Notes:

After high early morning heat this little guy was a perfect subject to photograph because his metabolism slowed down as he was sunning on a rock while the clouds and a cool breeze came up. He did not move...just watched me. Kind of reminded me the sluggishness of amphibians in early spring cold snaps.
