If this was photographed in the wild, I'd agree with Linda that it is most likely Wild Columbine (Aquilegia canadensis). But even cultivars may be found in the wild in some places. For instance, there is an abandoned townsite (severe and recurrent flooding) not far from where I live. The buildings are gone, but their landscape plantings, including cultivars, still exist. So strange to find them growing in such a place....
This is definitely a columbine, but it's hard to tell which variety, exactly, since the picture doesn't clearly show the inner petals. I'm assuming they're the yellow color? It's beautiful!
