looks exactly like white faced whistling ducks Dendrocygna viduata, not all have clear white faces like this link for example https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Dendrocygna_viduata,_imm,_Austin_Roberts.jpg
Interesting. I almost thought these were Whistling ducks but nothing matches these.
