Description:

Family: Crambidae, Subfamily: Crambinae (Grass-Veneers) Tiny, thin, but common moth that hangs out on vegetation during the day and comes to lights at night. Total length: Only 8-10 mm. White FW is variably peppered with light brown. Hosts: Grasses

Habitat:

woodlands, fields, meadows.
