Description:

Black in color. Clear 3 parts body. Broad and bigger lower part, smoother, brighter and smaller upper part and attached to it a smallest, thin and longish head part with eyes and 2 trunks.

Habitat:

Spotted it in a jungle in Jampui Hills, Tripura, India

Just a shy guess... I am thinking of a Reduviidae, Assassin Bug.
