Ashley is absolutely correct - this is a green frog. Great description of why as well. :-D
This is not a Bullfrog. Bullfrogs and Green frogs are very similar in appearance, and the way to tell them apart is y=by the presence or absence of the dorsolateral fold. This is a fold that is about half way between the back and the side. Bullfrogs do not have this fold, Green frogs do. Your frog has this fold, making it a Green Frog.
Definitely not a member of the genus hyla(33 different species of treefrog), and while I am fairly certain this is a bullfrog, I always recommend the spotter verify any ID suggestion
