Description:

Family Asteraceae, The plant blooms in late summer and autumn, the flower heads being arranged in crowded masses of a dull lilac colour at the top of the stem or branches. It's poisonus, the leaves contain a volatile oil, which acts on the kidneys and lever.

Habitat:

grows in big population by river, loves damp and wet meadows
