Description:

small orange fly, light green eyes

Habitat:

disturbed forest, urban

Notes:

This fly landed on my backpack. I spotted this while hiking on a huge, partially forested hill behind the town of Salento. It's not very wild at all but had enough vegetation and forest cover that I consistently spotted cool things the few times I hiked there.
