If You could see all the scratches and stings on my arms and legs you would know thats exactly where I have been hunting for butterflies haha!! Just can't find this one or any Red Admiral but have got 19 species so far this year :-)
Populations should increase over the summer before they migrate away in Autumn. Look around nettles and thistles.
This is one I am missing from my collection, I can't seem to find one anywhere and they used to be as common as Tortoiseshells here :-(
