Description:

Only songbird in Colorado with a pink bill, makes it easy to identify! This was a dark eyed junco with the "slate" coloration which seems to be the most common type in the Estes Park area. Spotted at Rainbow Curve in Rocky Mountain National Park.

Habitat:

Montane, Subalpine
