Description:
These overlapping brackets had a rough orange and rust upper surface and a smooth rounded purple edge continuing on to a white fertile pore surface underneath (pic 5). Brackets were about 80 mm wide with broad bases.
Habitat:
Spotted on a burnt eucalyptus log
Notes:
These are found on dead wood with brackets getting to 160 mm in width.
