Field Notes

Description:

About 1" long. It favours woodlands, hedgerows and can also be found in gardens and allotments. The body is a pale shade of brown but with darker lengthwise strips. It can look more golden in colour due to orange body mucus. It has a yellow sole and sole mucus is colourless.

Habitat:

Was found on a glass bottle that was found in some wooded bushes
