Field Notes

Description:

Lime-green and quite large.

Habitat:

Luna Moth caterpillars love hickory and sweetgum in this region, both of which are abundant in our area, so no surprise to find this one here. It is a beautiful creature!

Notes:

Found this on the lower front wall of our office while leaving to go home for the day. It was very content to hang out and have it's picture taken.
