Field Notes

Description:

Found in a wildflower meadow. Weak in flight due to damp grass and cold conditions after a hot few days. I am unsure of the water source, and thought it unusual to see damselflies in meadows… is this unusual? I found around 4 in the long grass.

Habitat:

Wildflower meadow, no known water source nearby. Obviously there must be a water source though.
