My inclination is to say Boat-tailed Grackle, but I can't say this with complete confidence. The bill and the legs are long, giving the bird a tall, stretched appearance and that is why I lean toward the Boat-tailed Grackle.
Tough call at first I thought Common Grackle and now thinking Boat-tailed.
