ha ha , they don't look the same, difference is also in leaves...
Guys, I'm emberassed to say but to me both species look the same except that the buds are different :)
as i can see leaves and by the shape of petals i think it's M. alcea :)
I think Des has it, they are closely related genera.

Thanks dandoucette. I tried to upload but there is something wrong with PN, some photos don't upload and some appear broken. So I have uploaded 2 more photos again :).
This looks like a Hollyhock but without seeing more I can't be sure. Photos of the leaves and overall plant would be a great help for identifying any plant. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alcea
