Field Notes

Description:

Thalictrum dioicum (early meadow-rue or quicksilver-weed) is a species of herbaceous plants in the family Ranunculaceae. Plants are typically upright growing woodland natives from central and eastern North America including parts of south eastern Canada. This species has dioecious plants, with male and female flowers on separate plants blooming in early to mid spring. - From Wikipedia

Notes:

I learned this plants last year from one of Project Noah members. Until then, I did not know that both plants are related, or I should say that they were same plants. Last picture is female.
