Field Notes

Description:

Egg shell white mushroom with a thick stalk and dimples on the top face of the specimen.

Habitat:

A tropical climate with constant bombardment by dry, salty air. Very little disturbance, few surrounding fauna.

Notes:

Spongy, mold covered spore receptacle . Dry but creamy looking internal structure. Very fascinating.
