Description:

The Loggerhead Shrike is a gray bird with a black mask and white spot in its black wing. The tail is black with white corners.

Habitat:

It can be found in the open country with scattered shrubs and trees. However, you can also find it in habitats that are short with a small amount of trees.

Notes:

Loggerhead Shrikes eat insects, amphibians, reptiles, small mammals, and birds. These birds can also sometimes eat roadkill and carrion.
