I see that now :-) They hadn't added the clearer photo when I suggested Spring Peeper.
A spring peeper would not have warty skin like this tree frog does, Fyn.
Can you please give us some information about where you found this guy at? It is a Cuban Tree Frog and are not known to occur in NY.
