Field Notes

Description:

Unique "hood" shaped flower of blue/purple color. Leaves are palmate and lobed. Leaves grow in alternate arrangement. Stalks grow from ground approx 4.5 ft.

Habitat:

These were found near a spring under the shade of some trees. In Mountains of Central Utah approx 6200 ft elevation.
