I wouldn't be opposed to calling it Mabuya carinata, it is quite variable and can have a red throat. I didn't find any that look like this, none have as much black on them. But with how variable they are it is possible that is what your skink is.
looks like either a Brahminy Skink (Mabuya carinata) or a Common Indian skink though it doesn't seem to have any red in it.
