Field Notes

Description:

A tiny weevil at only about 4mm in length. It's exoskeleton surface appears to be rough with bumps.

Habitat:

On plants in Gomantong Caves park on the way to Sukau, Lower Kinabatangan, Sabah.

Notes:

Thank you Mark. It does look like a Gonipterus species except that this weevil is much smaller, at only 4mm in length. As for school, I have one last school project to do so once I have finished it, I will be a free man. Do wait for me till then :-)
Strange little weevil. If this was an Aussie it might be Gonipterus. School's far more important Chun. We'll be here.
