Description:

These two orange moths showed up together. I've never seen them before or since. I think they are the male and the female of the species, although I can't tell which is which. They were both about 2 cm long. The 3rd individual is a lighter orange in color and was photographed on a window in the same place on 27 October 2013.

Habitat:

Came to an ultraviolet light in the garden, San Cristobal de Las Casas, 2,200 meters.
