Field Notes

Description:

Lady bug was quite small, only 3-4 mm across. It was a black body with 1 dot on either side of the body.

Habitat:

It was found in our garden area. Lady bugs enjoy dining on the insects. A picture of the plantings within the Backyard Habitat is included.
