it's not a downy or hairy for sure.From what i can see it does not look like Ladder Back either. Nutalls seems to be the right fit.
I don't see the white back characteristic of hairy/downy woodpecker
Thanks David, but unfortunately this one was not camera friendly at all. These two unclear pictures are all I have !
