Habitat:

Backyard. On the wall of the house.

Notes:

I am not sure what these are called. There was 100's of them attracted to the lights - everywhere. If I went outside, I had to close the door quickly or they would get in the house.

Thank you Mark. I'll check that out. I'll try to get a better shot.They move so darn fast though. lol.
Looks like one of the 'Brown lacewings' group (Hemerobiidae) maybe... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hemerobiidae but it really needs a lateral shot. The 'neck' looks right to me. :-)
