This is most likely the same species as this one: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/142686065 ... but no advance yet on getting closer than Dysdercus sp.
Hi bayucca, I agree: Definitely Dysdercus - but I've got no idea about the species :-(
Pyrrhocoridae, Dysdercus sp. and despite many of the IDs on the web, I am sceptic about all IDs. There are almost no trustable infos about Dysdercus in Southern Africa. See my comment here with a lot of links and discussions (within the links!): http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/128466093
