Description:

Malva hispanica is a herbaceous plant in the Malvaceae family.
It is a small plant with oval-suborobicular (almost rounded) entire or slightly lobed leaves. The lonely flowers come out from the axiles.

Habitat:

North of Africa and Iberian peninsula.
Cultivated areas, they prefer warm placers at low altitude, below 180 meters.
Spotted at the border of a sandy path in an area covered by Holm oaks and pine trees.
