Description:

The beautiful Silver-ground Carpet is a moth of the family Geometridae, in the sub-family Larentiinae. It can befound in the Palearctic region, the Near East and North Africa.

Habitat:

Found in a sunny spot on forest ground, mixed conifer/deciduous trees forest, alt. 1500 m.
