Description:
A very large bag/case of a bagworm/casemoth larva, of the moth family Psychidae. These come in a diversity of sizes and shapes. See http://www.brisbaneinsects.com/brisbane_moths/PSYCHIDAE.htm
Habitat:
Spotted on the side of a house in a large semi-urban yard and garden, next to a disturbed patch of remnant forest, in the equatorial tropics of northern New Guinea.
