Species ID Suggestions

Perhaps S. minorata is a better match: http://fotobiodelta.blogspot.com/2011/10/scopula-minorata.html It's very difficult to ID these Scopula, because some Scopula look like Idaea, and some Idaea look like Scopula.
I don't know, I have literally measure it and its smaller too, but what ever I have read about (markings descriptions) fits, but Ideae are from my experience, evidently shinier and btw. Idaea mediaria has no fine cloud-like markings and no signs of 4 spots that are typical for Scopulae ...I don't know but from this 2 the possibility that'd Ideae is 40%...
This one has only 16mm wingspan, Scopula marginepunctata is 25-28mm. J has been suggesting Idaea mediaria for those similar to this and are 14-19mm.
Scopula sp. possibly Scopula marginepunctata http://www.lepiforum.de/lepiwiki.pl?Scopula_Marginepunctata
