you have to be fast there very fast so fast in fact that can see you and run the other way so the only part you see is there tails

Hi TeresaBurke! Based on the furry tail, dark feet and the fact that the teeth don't seem to be protruding I'd say this is a groundhog and not a gopher. http://animals.pawnation.com/differences-between-groundhogs-gophers-5020.html
