Oh...that is great....this dish can be seen in every streets of the city.. I remember having Pani puri parties during college days :) There are variants of this like Shev puri, dahi puri(one with curd), bhel puri etc... But panipuri is the best :)

I was vigiando the eggs hatch. I suspect they left the eggs na dead of night, stealthily. I did not know about this Indian food, this dish looks very tasty. I can not try, I can barely fry an egg. Thanks friend. ;)
