Description:
A strange medium-sized fly at about 9mm in length. It spent quite a long time sipping the excretion sweat on my knuckle. It's wings are folded neatly together and contains reflective surface. It's colorful eyes and thorax also reflect the sunlight creating a "metallic" appearance.
Habitat:
Around Sukau Bed&Breakfast area, Sukau, Lower Kinabatangan river, Sabah.
Notes:
