Description:

Spotted this bird on our neighbors fence post this morning as the
Sand Hill Cranes were strolling around, just off an inlet of the St. John's River.

Habitat:

Usually more south than here.

Hi Nancy, welcome to Project Noah. Are you going to make a separate spotting for the Cranes. This will enable us to record both species and not just one. It is also acceptable to crop pictures so that the subjects appear in more detail in one of the pictures.
It is spelled Anhinga, and the scientific name is Anhinga anhinga. Please correct this.
