Description:
Leaves similar to rhubarb, 1-2.5 m tall and hollow stems. Can be easily confused with poisonous water-hemlocks.
Habitat:
Grows in moist areas on prairies, foothills, montane and sub alpine zones throughout Canada.
Notes:
Can be irritating to skin but is used as food and medicine.
