I spotted this butterfly in front of a house in Salento. There was a pile of construction debris and a bunch of these butterflies were puddling in it.

Looks for me more like Pyrgus adepta. Orcus has much smaller spots and a row of white spots directly at the margin, which is ,missing in your picture. http://www.butterfliesofamerica.com/L/pyrgus_adepta_specimens1.htm
The only species of Pyrgus in Colombia.
