Description:

A bug from the Issidae family. This small insect is only about 5mm in length.
It has a rough body colored in dark brown with several small green patch to mimic the colors of the tree bark it lives on. When disturbed, it can escape by jumping far.

Habitat:

On a tree bark (same tree as where I spotted this one http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/32913003) in Sukau Bed&Breakfast, Sukau, Lower Kinabatangan river, Sabah.
