Description:

White capped mushroom ( about 30 mm wide) with undulating margins and a pale brown tinged cuticle. The cap showed small 'blisters" around an umbo. The underside of the cap had low profile ridges (pic 4) but no definite gills or pores. Stipe was pale with flaky soft white tissue.
Mushrooms were growing in clumps. The young caps were slightly campanulate (bell-shaped).

Habitat:

Growing in woody debris in a mixed native forest - very damp ground.

Notes:

Looking for an ID for this tough little mushroom.
