Field Notes

Description:

A very white Moth with black and white banded legs.

Habitat:

Backyard.

Notes:

I love these Moths. They are beautiful. However, they are considered an invasive species in Canada. they were found in Europe and introduced to North America in the 1920's. They apparently do quite a lot of damage to our native trees.
