Sorry Photos as clear as possible caught this bird today in my yard have no idea what it is anyone have a clue? closest i could find is Black and White Warbler

It was your warbler comment... downeys really are THAT small! We used ot have a pair on my property but recently I've only seen the slightly larger Hairy - in addition to the pileated and sapsuckers
