Yea I had no idea about that either, just happened to come across it on that site and it all made sense haha
Aha! I have never seen nor heard that about White-crowns before. I have lots of pictures of juvenile W-c.s, but they're all more than 20 days old, evidently! Thank you very much, Ashley!!
On the link I provided, if you scroll about half way down there is a picture of a juvenile that looks exactly like yours. It says they only keep their streaks for about 20 days after leaving the nest.
