I know what white-tthroated sparrow look like lol. I'm just saying this looks nothing like one to me. If it does to you, then great.
If you look at the photo I included as a reference you can see the back streaking that matches and the white eyebrow.
I don't see anything that would say white-throated to me, but with the photo quality it's hard to say.
I got a White-throated Sparrow feel from this.
Looks more like a female house sparrow with that prominent eye stripe.
