Field Notes

Description:

A brightly colored vireo with a thick bill. It has grayish wings with wing bars, an olive head and back, a white belly and under tail coverts, and a yellow throat and eye ring.

Habitat:

Spotted at the Pond Creek NWR in Arkansas. Mostly deciduous forest.
