I like to add that if you add the scientific name to your spotting it will go into the database and be flagged as unidentified.

Thank you very much ForestDragon & suzmonk. It's really nice of you both to be so helpful. I'll try to research more of the lady bug species. Since I've joined this site I get more & more interested in finding out as much as I can about nature.
ForestDragon is right on with her Suggested ID ... the black "M" shape behind the head is the best give-away. BTW, there's a ton of variation in appearance in the Multi-colored Asian Lady Beetle. Worth looking up. Unfortunately, they are invasive and displacing native species.
