Field Notes

Description:

They lack the hump near their dorsal fin that the more common humpback whales have. There were at least two of these, potentially more, but many did not show their dorsals and were only blowing water. Some others in the vicinity were Humpback Whales.

Habitat:

In a bay only a few miles from shore far from any local communities
