Description:

This weevil was rather large compared to others I have seen. It was approximately 1/2 inch long. Otiorhynchus sulcatus, commonly known as the black vine weevil, is native to Europe, but common in North America as well. It is a pest of many garden plants.

Habitat:

Bathroom of my home but relocated to the backyard.
