Description:

Pink & cream-colored, with a fuzzy cream-colored head. These moths, commonly, camouflage on the yellow blossoms of the Evening Primrose plant. Go figure! Seriously, their colors closely resemble the buds & dying blossoms of the Evening Primrose plant.

Notes:

I saw this moth on July 24, 2013 at Trout Brook Preserve in Alna, Maine, USA. It is somewhat unusual to see one perched on a plant. Usually, they nestle inside the blossoms of the Evening Primrose plant. A naturalist friend suggested the moth might be laying eggs. I have many photos of Primrose Moths on my flickr set about them:
