Description:

These moths are migrating through Singapore. Because of the unusual dry season, they have had a population outburst in numbers of the like that have not been seen since 2005. Many mistake them for butterflies but they are really moths. It is currently their breedings season and they have been seen everywhere over Singapore, in urban environments as well as forested ones.

Habitat:

This was seen on the door of a classroom. It initially was under an overhanging ledge but after the wind got stronger it shifted position.
